God Has blessed us in my family, we don’t need Nigeria’s wealth to survive’ – Remi Tinubu says

 


Oluremi Tinubu, the president-elect's wife, has assured Nigerians that her family is blessed by God and does not require the nation's money to thrive.


She announced this at the Sunday interdenominational church service held at the National Christian Centre in Abuja.


The wife of the incoming president-elect stated that everyone shares in the nation's prosperity and that they would utilize it for good.


She begged Nigerians to pray for them, saying that they would require God's help in order to live up to their countrymen's expectations.


Tinubu, who is also the outgoing senator representing Lagos Central at the National Assembly said, “Nigeria’s wealth is the commonwealth of all. It belongs to everyone. God has blessed my family. We don’t need the wealth of Nigeria to survive but to do the right thing. And I promise you on this altar, that with your help, with the help of God, who will set this nation on the right path.”

  Yoruba actress, Olayinka Solomon, has come under fire from a Muslim fans who criticized her for holding the waist of the Fuji musician, Pasuma during her visit condolence visit to the singer after the lose of his mother.   Controversial rapper Speed Darlington recently expressed his opinion on a viral video that purportedly showed a man selling human meat under the name Suya. In the video tape that was circulated online, the man who was apprehended was interrogated about the product he was peddling while having his hands and legs bound. In answer to questions, the man insisted that the flesh was not human meat as had been indicated, but the men weren't buying it. Captioning the video, Speed Darlington wrote: “Oh my God Nigeria is a failed state. I don’t know which tribe he is but I assume he’s a Fulani caught with human Suya people are angry because they already bought meat from him and ate the meat thinking it was ram or beef, not knowing it’s a human meat I have bought three times in Lagos so far there will be no round four.
