UPDATE;Murphy Afolabi to be buried today in Ikorodu ( See Full Burial Details)


 Murphy Afolabi, a late Nigerian actor who passed away on May 14, 2023, will be laid to rest today in Ikorodu, Lagos State.


Remember that the late actor's remains was going to be sent to his birthplace of Osogbo in Osun State? Well, according to a recent report from a close family source, the actor's family has decided that he should be buried in Lagos.


By 1:00 PM today, Murphy Afolabi will be laid to rest in his Ikorodu home.


MURPHY AFOLABI BURIAL ARRANGEMENTS:

1- HE WILL BE BURIED AT HIS IKORODU RESIDENCE TOMORROW BY 1PM

2- CONVOY MOVES BY 8AM AT RASMON STREET, AJAO ESTATE


Seun Oloketuyi, a well-known showbiz figure and the founder of the Best of Nollywood Awards, revealed to a famous newspaper that Murphy died after collapsing in the toilet of his home in Ikorodu, Lagos, on Sunday morning, May 14, 2023.


He said, “It is true. He passed away after taking a fall in his bathroom at his house in Ikorodu this morning.”

Many Nollywood actors and actresses have taken to social media to express their condolences to the family of the deceased and mourn the loss of the talented actor.
