You make me cry every year” Simi in tears as fans distribute sanitary pads in celebration of her 35th birthday (Video)

 


Fans of the artist Simisola Kosoko, also known as Simi, have donated to the community in sympathy.


The singer's supporters, known as Simi Army, were able to distribute sanitary pads to pupils on her behalf in a video that was released on her Instagram page.


Simi Army had gone to a school in Lagos where they educated the female pupils as well as distributed free sanitary pads to them.


Simi, who was crying, had thanked them for their unceasing displays of affection and highlighted how it had become a tradition for them to give back to the community on her birthday every year.


The mother of one said that they are now her family and that their gesture was the most considerate she has ever received.

“Every year, every single year, you make me cry happy tears. Y’all not just my fans, you’re family. This is one of the most thoughtful things anyone’s ever done for me. I love you”.

Simi had shared her feelings earlier in the day after experiencing an abundance of affection on her 35th birthday.


Simi documented lovely moments she enjoyed with her hubby while they were out with their pals in videos and photos shared on her Instagram stories.


The mother of one said that she was moved to tears by the nice presents she received for her birthday.


The moment her husband, Adekunle Gold, gave her a diamond neck necklace with her name, SIMI, proudly engraved on it is captured in one of the viral films going viral online.
