My new name is Hajia Meenah Mercy Adeoti”- Actress Mercy Aigbe proudly announced she converts to Islam


 Mercy Aigbe, a well-known actress from Nigeria, has formally revealed her new Islamic name. 


The Muslim wife of Kazim Adeoti converted to her husband's faith and declared herself to be Hajia Meenah. 


Mercy announced that she had converted to Islam and now goes by the name Hajia Meenah Mercy Adeoti during the yearly Ramadan lecture she and her husband host. 


Fans and followers' reactions to the news have been conflicted; some have praised her for making the choice, while others have expressed shock and disbelief.
