I’m overwhelmed’ Funke Akindele in shock as ‘Battle on Buka Street’ gets 10 nominations at AMVCA
Funke Akindele, a politician and film producer, is overjoyed that her film, "Battle on Buka Street," has received ten AMVCA nominations.
Recently, the gifted Nollywood actress posted some great news to her Instagram account. She disclosed that whereas her other production, "Ammie Siblings and I," only received one nomination for the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA), her film, "Battle on the Bukka Street," received an astonishing ten nominations.
Funke thanked the organizers for the nominations and conveyed her appreciation for the AMVCA honor. She also thanked her followers for their steadfast support, which has been essential to her success.
The producer also used the occasion to express her gratitude to the cast and crew, noting that the nominations were the result of a team effort. She expressed her appreciation for their perseverance and devotion to their job, which were key factors in the success of the film.
Along with encouraging her followers to vote for her films, Funke expressed her faith in their ability to win through the grace of God.
