 Just days after returning from Mecca, where he went for prayers, Nigerian comedian and content creator Cute Abiola recently spent a sizable sum of money on a newly acquired house for his parents. The comedian bought a gorgeously decorated home as a way to show his parents how much he appreciates them. He then posted pictures of the interior and exterior of the home on his social media pages. The creator of the skit gave his parents a tastefully decorated home as a way of expressing his gratitude. The well-known comedian thanked his parents for bringing him into the world and for their prayers while posting pictures of the home's outside and interior to his Facebook page.  On Friday night, an apartment structure within the palace courtyard of Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, the Ooni of Ife, was demolished. According to sources, the incident happened about 11:30 p.m. and was caused by a power surge that reportedly blasted through the apartment's electrical appliances. In viral footage, the structure was demolished and nearly all of its contents were destroyed. The event was verified in a statement released on Saturday by Comrade Moses Olafare, Director of Media and Public Affairs at the Ooni's Palace. But according to Olafare, the inferno was quickly put out by the combined efforts of the Government Fire Service, OAU Fire Service, and Palace Emergency Control Unit. It only affected the building that was located in a particular area of the palace grounds.
